Admin assistant/general juggler required - Filled Aug 17

We require an experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist to undertake general administration duties: 

  • To provide an efficient, friendly and courteous response to telephone enquiries

  • To accurately enter information into our bespoke system

  • To deal with electronic scanning or retrieval of information

  • To provide assistance to other members of the team or administrative support to any other manager or staff as directed

The role will involve use of Microsoft packages so experience of Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.  A typing speed in excess of 30wpm is required.  We have a bespoke computer system for which full training will be provided, but experience of accurate input would be beneficial. 

We work in a highly specialised area so attention to detail is paramount.  Our company has been trading for 28 years and this role has arisen due to an increased demand for our services.  The role has potential to grow as demand continues to increase.

Office Hours: Mon-Thu 08:30-17:30 Fri 08:30-16:30.

Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience. You can be given scope to develop your career and support will also be given to gain asbestos/waste disposal accreditations.
